1. Cold rolling of the superficial splines (a module no fewer then 3 mm, the number of splines from 12 to 96)

2. Broaching of the internal splines, the internal splineways ( max. hole diameter = 80mm)

3. Numerical lathe working in a special lathe chuck - with a division 4 x 90 grades in relation to an axis square with a spindle axis

4. Electrostatic painting in the authomatic painting shop with he surface treatment and conditioning, varnishing (max. dimensions of treated part: 400 x 400 x 1 200 mm)

5. Tubes bending with hydraulic bending machine (tubes diameter 40-80 mm; bending radius 160-250 mm)

6. The bar lathe authomatic machines working ( max. diameter D = 25 mm) and the chuck lathe authomatic machines working (max. diameter D = 190 mm)

7. The shape lathe working according to template (max. lenght of lathe working 500 mm).

Furthermore we offer a wider range of services such as:

Shaving by using universal lathes,

Metal plastic working by using mechanical and hydraulic presses.

We have technical capabilities and the equipment to comply with orders as far as welding and assembling is concerned. We are also willing to discuss requirements connected with a demand of any other technology applying.
